TREE
One arm extends across the chest, bent at elbow with hand open, palm facing down. (This represents the ground.) The other elbow rests on the back of the bottom hand, with the fingertips pointing up, hand open. Twist top hand at the wrist and swivel the hand back and forth. (This is the tree swaying in the wind.)
